Production/parlor manager, Katie has a background in food product development and exceptional standards in environmental health, food safety and all the inherent procedures involved in running an exemplary production kitchen. Katie’s role is very hands on and is responsible for developing and creating the dairy product list, keeping the Farm Shop stocked and fulfilling orders for trade.
