Partner and co-founder of Black Isle Dairy, Jo is a former food journalist for The Scotsman and Press & Journal farming columnist. Responsible for the look, feel and ‘voice’ of the brand, she helps Katie design the gelato list for the year, dresses stalls at events and supports Nick with the strategic management and direction of the business. Jo also makes a 100% natural ‘super balm’ under her BLONDE COW brand and has a Diploma in Skincare Formulation from leading international teaching institution Formula Botanica.
