Production/parlor assistant Amy ably supports Katie in production. She makes yoghurt, ice cream and pasteurises milk for our vending machine. Amy also carries out stringent checks on stock and cleanliness in the Farm Shop and in the production parlor, freezers and store room. She regularly restocks the shop and essentially helps Katie keep everything running ship shape!
